How can I place an order?
All orders need to be placed online. For next day delivery, orders must be placed before the cut-off point. For bulk named day delivery (1:30 pm) and named day delivery (3:30 pm)
All payments are made via PayPal or SagePay, for a safe and secure transaction

What is a bulk delivery?
A bulk delivery is a delivery of heavy or large orders, occasionally this may need to be delivered on a pallet, which is a kerbside drop only. We will email you on the day of delivery to inform you if it will arrive on a pallet
How much will delivery be?
Our delivery charges range from £4.99 to £39.99, this depends on the item(s) you are purchasing and which delivery option you choose.
Once you have added items to your basket. Go to your basket and under “subtotal” look for “delivery to UK Mainland” then click change and add your delivery postcode. This will show you all delivery options and prices
What does my order status mean?
Payment received - We have received your order
Awaiting dispatch - Our warehouse is prepping your order for delivery
Dispatched - Your order has been collected by our couriers are should arrive with you in 1 – 4 days
When will I receive my delivery?
This depends on the delivery option you've selected; this information can be found on your order confirmation email. We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days of receiving payment. For information on your selected delivery method, please click here
What time will my order be delivered?
Our couriers can deliver from 8 am – 9 pm and most of our deliveries will be made between Monday – Friday. If you add a mobile number to your order details, our courier may text you with a delivery time, however, this is not guaranteed
