HG cement grout film remover (HG product 11) removes cement residue from all types of porous and non-porous ceramic tiles, flagstones and non-calciferous natural stone types such as Norwegian slate, granite and quartzite. The unique aspect of this product is that it dissolves cement from the tile surface but not the cement from the grouting. The grouting is even reinforced! Dissolve the product in water. First moisten the surface with clean water and then apply the solution generously using a floor cloth or mop. Do not treat more than 10 to 15 m2 at once. Then scrub the surface well with a stiff broom or scrubbing brush. Leave to penetrate for 15 - 20 minutes, keeping the floor wet with the solution of this product in the meantime. After that, thoroughly scrub the treated surface again and then remove the solution with a mop, before mopping the floor with clean water.
DO NOT apply HG Cement Grout Film Remover to calciferous natural stone such as marble, travertine, blue (hard)stone, (non-acid resistant) slate, terazzo, granito, basaslt and cement tiles.
Use HG Marble and Natural Stone Cement and Lime Film Remover. If in doubt test on an inconspicuous area.

Unwanted items Items (including accessories) will need to be returned for full inspection before a refund can be provided, the original delivery cost will not be returned. Partial or damaged item returns that are not fit for resale will receive a partial refund. They must be returned within 30 days.
Products must be returned for testing before refunds or replacements can be provided. All accessories must be returned for so they may sent to the manufacture. This must take place within the given manufacture guarantee time.

Maxwells DIY will provide a full, partial refund or replace items. Proof of damage or incorrect items must be provided within 30 days of receiving the item before action can be taken. Incorrect items must be returned before a refund can be provided, alternately we can arrange for a doorstep swap however a signature is required and this service will not be attempted more than once.
