UK Standard Delivery (Next Working Day)
Our UK Standard delivery service is next working day, including Saturdays. Our dispatch cut off is 4pm, all orders after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day, please note we do not dispatch items over the weekend. We cannot provide delivery times for orders, but all our couriers deliver up until 7pm. If you might not be home on the day of delivery please leave notes in the check out with a safe place for your order to be left (Please note, all items specified to be left in a safe location are at the buyers discretion, neither our couriers or Maxwells DIY can be held liable for missing or damaged items). If your order does not arrive with you within 1 working days of a dispatch notification, please contact our customer service team.
UK Standard Delivery (Fencing)
All of our fencing is dispatched on a Next Working Day service, this does not include our Saturday delivery service. Our dispatch cut off is 4pm, all orders after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to leave this somewhere safe around your propriety or with a neighbor depending on the size of the order.
UK Mainland Pallet Delivery
Our pallets are delivered on a next working day service, the order must be placed before 1pm to guarantee delivery. Large paint orders may take up to 3 working days before delivery can take place.
Local Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
If you live in the North East we can deliver large heavy goods such as worktops & sheet material for just £9.99. Please supply us with your telephone number and we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Delivery time depends on your location.
Collect In Store (Free)
Customers can pay for an item online and collect it free of charge from any of our stores in the North East. Just select the collect in store option during the checkout phase of your purchase and enter the store's address as your requested delivery address. Items will be ready to collect no later than 3 working days from date of purchase. To find you nearest store.....click here
Damaged or Faulty Orders: Maxwells DIY will replace your item and take responsibility for the return of faulty or items damaged during courier transport.
Unwanted or Mistaken Orders: The customer is responsible for the return of orders placed by mistake, Maxwells DIY will not refund postage charges for orders placed by mistake. Orders shall be refunded once the item has been returned to us in its original condition. Returns of all special order products such as doors & worktops will incur a 20% re-stocking charge
We accept all the major credit/debit cards online. Please note we cannot take credit/debit card orders over the telephone due to security reasons.
Online customers can also pay by Paypal. Just look for the Paypal option during the check out phase. Please note that Paypal will not supply us with your telephone number which we may need to contact you regarding your order. Please remember to leave your telephone number in the notes section during checkout.
