Made To Measure Pine Radiator Cover

High quality made to measure radiator cover service. Handmade in our Maxwell's DIY stores by our own skilled joiners using unfinished smooth pine. The cover comes in unfinished MDF as shown in image 2

There are a variety of design options available for no extra charge:

Mesh Pattern (See image #3):

Routed Lines:

These are the vertical lines that run down the sides and middle of the front of the cover. These are purely for decoration, there is a maximum choice of 3 lines on each downward piece.

Front Boxes: Please let me know how many boxes you would like on the front of the cover (1,2 or 3)

How To Order:

You must provide accurate measurements from the INSIDE dimensions of the cover (if you measure from outside then the cover may not fit around your radiator due to the thickness of the cover). Provide Height, Width and Depth (inches)
Provide design requirements (routed lines, mesh pattern and number of boxes)

Please provide the required spec information during the checkout peroid


Delivery:

Your radiator cover will arrive within 5-7 working days of placing your order(if ordering more than 1 radiator cover, please get in contact with us for a delivery time frame). Your cover will arrive flat packed and will require assembly which should take around 10 minutes to complete with no diy skill or experience required.

Assembly Instruction:

  1. Simply put glue onto legs (optional) where modestly blocks are situated.
  2. Place front of cover face down onto a flat surface.
  3. Situate legs into position on front.
  4. Screw into position.
  5. Stand Cover up, place top into position and screw from underneath


Screws you require will be sent with cover. Gluing is optional but recommended. A Screwdriver required.

Named Day Delivery:

  • This is a Monday to Friday delivery service 
  • Deliveries will take place between 9 am and 7:30 pm 
  • We cannot provide a delivery time prior to the delivery day
  • Dispatch cut off is 3:30 pm, orders will be dispatched 1 working day before your chosen delivery date. 
  • We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday
  • Orders processed on a bank holiday will be delivered on the second following working day
  • A text message or email may be sent with full tracking information however, this is not guaranteed
  • Deliveries do not require a signature and can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour
  • All items specified to be left in a safe location are at the buyer's discretion

 

 Named AM Delivery:

  • This is a Monday to Friday delivery service 
  • Delivery will take place take place before 12 pm
  • Dispatch cut off is 3:30 pm, orders will be dispatched 1 working day before your chosen delivery date. 
  • We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday 
  • Orders processed on a bank holiday will be delivered on the second following working day
  • A text message or email may be sent with full tracking information however, this is not guaranteed
  • Deliveries do not require a signature and can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour
  • All items specified to be left in a safe location are at the buyer's discretion

 

Saturday Delivery:

  • Dispatch cut off is 3:30 pm, orders will be dispatched 1 working day before your chosen delivery date. 
  • A text message or email may be sent with full tracking information however, this is not guaranteed
  • Deliveries do not require a signature and can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour
  • All items specified to be left in a safe location are at the buyer's discretion

 

Economy Delivery:

  • This is a Monday to Friday delivery service
  • Orders take up to 4 working days 
  • Orders will not be processed or delivered on a Sunday or bank holidays
  • A text message or email may be sent on the day of delivery to confirm delivery however, this is not guaranteed
  • Tracking information is available for this service
  • Deliveries do not require a signature and can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour
  • All items specified to be left in a safe location are at the buyer's discretion


Bulk Named Day Delivery:

  • Courier may vary depending on amount of items
  • Order must be placed before 1 pm to guarantee delivery
  • Paint orders may take up to 3 working days before delivery can take place.
  • Bulk deliveries must have a signature at the delivery address
  • Orders which cannot be delivered due to no available consignees will be charged for re-delivery
  • This is a kerbside delivery only


Local Delivery 3-5 Working Days:

  • North East Postcodes only (NE, SR, DH, DL, TS)
  • Flat rate of £9.99
  • Free over £200
  • Telephone number required to arrange delivery date
  • Delivery time depends on your location in the North East

 

Returns:


Unwanted items

  • All items (including accessories) will need to be returned for full inspection before a refund can be provided, the original delivery cost will not be returned.
  • We will not cover the cost of returning the item to any Maxwells DIY store or warehouse 
  • We can arrange collection from your address for a fee, prices may vary depending on item 
  • Partial or damaged item returns that are not fit for resale will receive a partial refund.
  • They must be returned within 30 days. 
  • Special orders items are subject to 20% restocking charge
  • If the order has been refused whilst the delivery is attempted the delivery funds paid will not be returned 

 

Electrical Faults

  • Products must be returned for testing before refunds or replacements can be provided.
  • All accessories must be returned for so they may be sent to the manufacturer.
  • This must take place within the given manufacture guarantee time.   

 

Damaged or incorrect items

  • Maxwells DIY will provide a full, partial refund or replace items.
  • Proof of damage or incorrect items must be provided within 30 days of receiving the item before action can be taken.
  • Incorrect items must be returned before a refund can be provided, alternatively we can arrange for a doorstep swap, however, a signature is required and this service will not be attempted more than once. 

Credit/Debit Card

We accept all the major credit/debit cards online. Please note we cannot take credit/debit card orders over the telephone due to security reasons. 

Paypal

Online customers can also pay by Paypal. Just look for the Paypal option during the check out phase. Please note that Paypal will not supply us with your telephone number which we may need to contact you regarding your order. Please remember to leave your telephone number in the notes section during checkout.
